Order Confirmation Email

After you have successfully placed your order with us, you WON’T receive confirmation email immediately , after check the order detail , we will sent you confirmation email immediately .
Usually may takes 12 hours to process .
Confirmation email l that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.

Track Your Order

Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.

Return Policy

International Returns & Exchanges

AchieveRare reserved the rights to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice.

Please ensure you have read through all terms and condition to avoid any misunderstanding.


AchieveRare will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind once payment is accepted.

We will only accept return requests if :

1. We delivered the wrong products to customer due to our mistakes.
2. We delivered a damage/defective item(s) to customer. However, we will ensure all items are in good quality and good conditions before we send it out.

Notes :

Please take note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during POST delivery as we will make sure the package is wrapped nicely and securely to avoid any damages.

Return of items must be requested within 1 days of receiving your order. (Please attached a clear photo of the defect area & state which item)

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they have received. Requests for exchange/refund or return will not be entertained except under the following circumstances:

1. Delivery of wrong products (product delivered not as per customer’s order.)

For delivery of wrong products, you will be required to return the goods in the same condition as delivered to you. You will have to bear the shipping cost first and we will refund the shipping cost upon receipt of the goods in good condition. The correct items will be shipped to you free of any postage/shipping charges.

2. If you have received a damaged/defect item, please follow the procedure below.

If something is miss on receipt of an order, the customer is required to contact AchieveRare either the same day, or at latest, the first working day following delivery.
Please indicate the nature of the complaint, be that a shipping problem and/or any issue with the goods themselves, or quantities supplied that doesn’t match the delivery note. Complaints lodged after this date will be turned down.

If buyer request refund , buyer have responsibility to return all products and provide tracking number to AchieveRare. If buyer reject return , we reserved the rights to denied a refund or exchange. *note

*note : No matter what the reason from buyer , please follow AchieveRare’s return policy . AchieveRare reserved the rights to denied a refund or exchange if buyer did not follow AchieveRare’s return policy .

Shipping and handling fees for return shipments are non refundable. As we are a small business with a client base in various countries around the world, we cannot offer to take care of your return shipping costs. When you decide to return a product, you will bear the cost of return shipment unless the product was damaged upon delivery. Please note that you should never accept a package that shows signs of damage.

We will reimburse you once the complete, unused and undamaged product has been received by us. An email confirmation and a refund will be issued within 5 days after receiving your return product. You will receive your refund via the same payment method used to make your purchase.

In the event you return only parts of the product or in the event you return the product in a bad condition, you will be entitled to receive, at your own expense, the (parts of the) product you sent back to us. If you do not wish to receive the (parts of the) product you sent back to us, we are entitled to keep the (parts of the) product and withhold the payment already received.

We collaborate with beauty and parfums counter staff from around the world to deliver counter gifts to countries around the world. Sometimes it will be shipped from the nearest cooperative warehouse based on your shipping address. The cooperative warehouse does not accept returned goods, and any returned goods will be destroyed.
